Welcome to Whittington Land and New Homes! We are a family-owned business that has built a legacy of iconic construction across the South-East for over 50 years. Our founder, Michael Whittington, started Lovis Build in 1963 and established the company as a major property developer specialising in large-scale industrial units and residential projects. After a decade of success, Lovis Build was acquired by Taylor Woodrow and became a key part of one of the largest housebuilding and construction companies in Britain.

Over the years, we have developed an impressive portfolio of builds, spanning private and affordable homes, commercial, healthcare, education, and heritage sectors.

Today, our business is led by Kayne Steinborn-Busse, the grandson of Michael Whittington. We continue to strive for excellence in everything we do and maintain the same level of commitment to comprehensive planning, sustainable practices, and successful outcomes that our clients have come to expect
